ENG8 Accepts Investment Fund Offer, GreenMine Scales, 350 PPM Preps for JP Jenkins Listing

Dear All,

Here are the updates for this month:

ENG8 International Ltd

ENG8 has accepted the offer from an investment fund and a press release will be issued after final completion.

ENG8 will be writing to all its shareholders in the next 5 days to fully update them.

ENG8 is now fully closed for new investment while this transaction completes.

GreenMine

Development for GreenMine (which is the trading name for Pyrolysise Ltd) started in 2017 and has involved the founder, John Bell investing circa £1.5M of his own money.

This has led to the co-development of two technologies: which can process unsorted waste, emissions free and generate valuable offtakes.

Some of these offtakes can be utilised to generate electricity, which means circa 35,000 MWh’s PA of decentralised energy generation per site. Other offtakes will be sold to agriculture and industry.

GreenMine has been picked up in the industry press a fair bit of late. Here are a small selection of articles on them:

  1. Energy Central
  2. Alt Energy Mag
  3. Energy Central
  4. Energy Central
  5. Alt Energy Mag
  6. PES (Page 58)

Green Mine has been playing second fiddle to ENG8, as ENG8 moves into the stratosphere, but with circa 1500 small scale sites within existing industrial parks possible, in the UK alone, for waste processing and en-gen, plus the possibility of further development of the technology to “Green Mine” landfill solutions, opportunities abound

Ironically, I am probably going to have to do battle with environmentalists (again), as I had to on the 1500 MW Hydroelectric plant we were involved with back in 2011-15, where we diverted a river through a mountain in the Amazon. However, with Green Mine, once we get the first one up and running later this year, it should be plain sailing.

Ultimately, GreenMine provides, what we believe is currently the most environmental mechanism to process waste, which was the original objective and what the environmental revolution is all about.

350 PPM Ltd

350 PPM is preparing to list on JP Jenkins: The Liquidity Venture for Unlisted Companies

This should please many of our investors, that in the darkest days of COVID were particularly keen for an exit. During this period, our revenues shrank from £790,000 a year to November 2019 down to £25,000 a year to November 2021, so their timing was not really ideal. We have since recovered and made profits of circa £700,000 for the year to November 2022.

We have also added to our team, providing all the services any future Unicorn’s / Zebra’s (yes, it’s a thing) founders, either aren’t good at or don’t want to do.

The 350 PPM model is working. Here’s the existing SWOT Team, which can parachute into client businesses and make things happen.

Kind Regards

Nicholas Dimmock (BA MBA CASS)
