Megawatt Mosaic Ltd:
Megawatt Mosaic’s SEED round is now closed.
MM has raised all the funding it needs to execute the business plan as defined in the IM.
Approximately half the project seed capital is coming from industry counterparties, so there will be a revaluation of the shares in order that MM provides the same risk to return metric to existing investors, which is circa 1:24 in the first year. This may be a case of overpromising and underdelivering, but as long as the overpromise is ambitious enough to provide a metric of at least 5, then I am relatively happy.
MM is expecting €150k of revenue by September, when we will launch another round and likely scale through Crowdcube.
