GreenMine Attracts Institutional Interest, ENG8 20M Term Sheet Imminent, 350 PPM Stakes Objectives

Dear All, We haven’t provided an update for 3 weeks, so please find below the following: GreenMine GreenMine has secured Institutional interest that could fully fund the company and all its ambitions. While I was considering it was very early to get institutional interest, I revisited the developments of GreenMine, its team and objectives. Co-development of two types of technology, which deal with unsorted waste - emissions free. Creation of offtake products that can be used to generate electricity on site, meaning 2-3 MW of BASELOAD electricity into the grid, potentially at hundreds of locations across the country.a) With the demands for electricity increasing due to [...]

ENG8 at Greenbackers COP28 (Pitch) in London

GREENBACKERS Investment Capital are specialists for cleantech and climate technology venture capital and first-institutional funding. They help start-up and scale-up founders who either: can’t afford the fees of a big investment house, worry that most advisors are too ‘generalist’, or are too busy running their businesses to do it themselves. Greenbackers hosted its’ bi-annual Super Pitch in London in December…with 20 fantastic cleantech businesses in a room full of investors. ENG8 also presented their pitch with 350 PPM's Chairman, Nicholas Dimmock and Haslen Back, Co-Founder and BDO at ENG8, presenting the pitch. 350 PPM LTD: Highlights of 2023 – PART 4

Please see below for Part 4 of our 2023 highlights series.  ENG8 now completing due diligence with two institutional funders for 10M Initial Investment. We were introduced to ENG8 International Ltd in February 2022. They and their team of operators, engineers and scientists had developed the EnergiCell, in which a low energy nuclear reaction (LENR) involving catalysis occurs. Its fusion Jim, but not as we know it. Quite how it works is still being interpreted, but ENG8 are naturally nervous about giving away the ingredients to their secret sauce. My personal belief is that when the H20 molecule is plasmarised, the hydrogen downgrades from [...]

ENG8’s EnergiCell latest milestone hits the news

ENG8 says it can generate five times as much power as it puts into its fusion energy process. This milestone has hit the news. Fusion energy specialist, ENG8, has demonstrated an electrical energy output five times greater than the energy used in this ground-breaking, independent validation at Culham Innovation Centre in Oxfordshire, one of the top five leading fusion centres in the world, and home to the UK’s Atomic Energy Authority.During each of the three tests, lasting approximately 10 minutes each, ENG8’s ‘EnergiCell’ consistently scored an electrical energy output of five – one unit of electrical energy in, and five units [...]

350 PPM Updates: Pyrolysise hires Stopfords Engineering

Dear All, Just a couple of things before we get going: ENG8's Micro Fusion Technology is attracting an increasing amount of interest from larger funding sources; such as UHNW's, Family Offices and VC's.  Our efforts and your decisions to fund them have elevated them: their capabilities show through, their technology develops, new people join, their optimism, confidence and energy grows (no pun intended) and corporates now approach them for partnership opps across a plethora of products that could be fuelled by EnergiCells. Not least, the share price goes on a tear from £1.80 in February 2022, to £12.00 today and between £17.00 and [...]

Taking the heat off global warming

Earth’s well-documented changes throughout history are nothing new, but global warming today is taking a major human, economic and environmental toll across the world. In the next five years, the World Meteorological Organisation predicts that global temperatures are likely to surge to record levels.  It’s a critical time to take stock and critically review where we are as an industry in the global context of our battle against climate change. Most climatic changes are due to very small variations in Earth’s orbit that change the amount of solar energy our planet receives. However, the current warming trend is different because it is [...]

350 PPM Updates: ENG8 Q value provisional 5 electrical to electrical, Pyrolysise gains traction as application grows

News from two companies we are working with. Here are the updates from the companies themselves: ENG8 (International) Ltd ENG8’s Electrical to Electrical EnergiCell was tested at Culham Innovation Centre, home to The UK’s Atomic Energy Authority on Thursday 19th October 2023. In each run of circa 10 minutes, it scored circa 5; 1 unit of energy in, 5 liberated by fusion, so net 4. We must wait for the full report to see the exact figure. An independent validator, that tested it, thinks it can go up to a Q Value of 30. There is a lot of discussion about the [...]

350 PPM Updates: ENG8 EnergiCell Q Value Revised Down, Shine Australia One Starts Shares Repurchases, Pyrolysise to Launch

Please see below update on some of the 350 PPM Incubated Opps we are working with: ENG8 (International) Ltd IEP Grupo (www.iep.pt) has revised ENG8’s Energicells  Q Value / COP performance down from 6.4 to 2.4 Thermal in their latest test in August. IEP had used the wrong heat capacity in calculating the COP or Q value. This is still up from 1.94 in the previous tests. Our development team had told us that performance had been increased in the AirCell, and as we were expecting a Q / COP value of circa 5 with the Electrical to Electrical EnergiCell, we just [...]
