She is a principal consultant to companies in the clean tech and renewable energy sectors, and an expert advisor to the UN and the European Commission, providing policy and technology strategic input to address climate change.
Dr Jacqui Taylor said: “I am delighted to join the team at 350 PPM. I will be bringing together my investment, climate policy and cleantech expertise to deliver a new approach to the emission reductions required to deliver net zero”.
For the past 15 years, Jacqui has led her own business, FlyingBinary, a NCSC Cyber Essentials accredited web science company that changes the world with deep technology, delivering on an equity agenda.
She is ranked #15 Most Influential Woman in UK Technology and #21 Most Inspiring Women in Cyber. She was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Science in recognition of her international web science equity work for the Industrial Internet of Things (IoT). As one of the 250 founders of Tech City, in 2016 she pivoted her company FlyingBinary to meet the challenges of the metaverse and IIoT with spectacular results.
She has helped thousands of entrepreneurs move past the investment and technology roadblocks to growth, mentored three unicorns ($1bn valuations) and many hundreds of seven, eight and nine-figure businesses. As a non-diverse, visually disabled woman, she is sensitive to the unique challenges faced by female business leaders, particularly those who have accessibility issues in a male-dominated neurotypical environment. She is recognised as an international equity expert with resources, knowledge and expertise to support gender equality and social inclusion.
At 350PPM, she adds further breadth and depth to the team and will be helping to set up 350PPM’s own investment fund in the near future.
