350 PPM Updates: ENG8 EnergiCell Q Value Revised Down, Shine Australia One Starts Shares Repurchases, Pyrolysise to Launch

Please see below update on some of the 350 PPM Incubated Opps we are working with:

ENG8 (International) Ltd

IEP Grupo (www.iep.pt) has revised ENG8’s Energicells  Q Value / COP performance down from 6.4 to 2.4 Thermal in their latest test in August. IEP had used the wrong heat capacity in calculating the COP or Q value. This is still up from 1.94 in the previous tests. Our development team had told us that performance had been increased in the AirCell, and as we were expecting a Q / COP value of circa 5 with the Electrical to Electrical EnergiCell, we just took their calculation on face value and didn’t dig enough into the how’s and why’s. However, we acknowledge our mistake or not investigating the how’s and why’s from such a dramatic increase in performance. Thermal Energicells have been tested 5 times so far by professional independent entities, from IEP to another independent validator and Cambridge University, so we are confident we know where the problem arose and of the 2.4 they are now claiming.

With some changes to the power supply (using a pulse generator) on the Thermal EnergiCell and some small developments of the Electrical EnergiCell, we anticipate we will achieve Q Values / Coefficient of Performance of over 5 within the next two months. Our development teams claim they have had the WaterCell up to 30 for brief periods, so our ambitions should be reached.

In terms of turning the Energicells into something that can be sold as opposed to just wondered at, the two standout applications are industrial and domestic heating for the Thermal EnergiCell and as a EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment – Electric Vehicle Charging) for the Electrical EnergiCell. Theoretically, EnergiCell could be added to very electric car on the planet, reducing battery requirements and weights and making me like them a little more.

ENG8 are raising £1M now, £10M in 2024 to finish development of the products as detailed above and start sales and £100M in 2025 to scale operations worldwide, hopefully in partnership with a multinational. If anyone would like further details, the IM is available below:

SHINE (Australia) One Ltd

350 PPM helped Shine get off the ground in July 2020. Shine had arranged a co-development deal with ITG, which I had known of, respected and heard good things about, for some time, so backing Shine was somewhat of a no brainer. Investors were introduced to the company over 3 months and after speaking with the company, chose to invest at prices which varied over time from £0.08p through to £0.14p. Shine is now buying back shares at 20 pence per share for the remaining Equity Investors which participated in this fundraise.

PYROLYSISE LTD

Pyrolysise Ltd is concerned with the development and implementation of the most environmental waste processing technology and the subsequent use of this technology to deal with new waste and subsequently to mine, clean and redevelop landfills as housing. Our technology concentration is on an extreme form of Pyrolysis known as Carbonisation.

Pyrol’s Seed Fundraise is scheduled for launch on the  22nd of this month and follows their 300K Pre-seed raise at the same time last year. The website and IM is just being updated, but please register here if you’d like to take an early look:

That’s all for now.

Kind Regards
