Overall, if you take the value of the four companies we were working with on 1st January 2023, which I estimate to be collectively around circa £39M, and contrast this with the values of the same businesses on 1st January 2024, which I estimate to be £106M, you could say we have had a pretty good year.
Of course, revaluations are largely baseless without the ability to exit. Yet two of the companies we are working with are engaged with numerous institutional investors. Institutional investors are generally quite keen on providing some form of exit for early-stage investors, and both Megawatt Mosaic and ENG8 seem very close to this.
Last year was all about ENG8. This year will all be about GreenMine…GreenMine has co-developed innovative technology that can process waste with zero emissions and mine, clean and clear landfill, allowing the sites to be redeveloped.

350 PPM LTD operates as an incubator and accelerator for a select number of environmental companies operating in key sectors of the clean tech sector.
The key difference between 350 PPM and other incubators and accelerators, of which there are many springing up, is the in-depth talent and experience of our team and that we work from within the raising company to drive the business forward. If you look at GreenMine’s team, nine of the 12 team members are 350 PPM operatives. This division of labour allows all participants to play to their strengths.
Of course, new environmental businesses could hire their own teams to replicate 350 PPM’s involvement. However, in the early stages of growth this is a major investment and recruitment can be long and arduous. With 350 PPM we are experienced in helping early-stage businesses grow successfully and quickly. We know what we are doing and are focused on reaching aligned objectives for our clients. Our business model, based on success only fees and through investing our time in exchange for shares, ensures that clients get maximum return and reach a profitable exit within 3 years.
