This facility will be launched today (18<sup>th<\/sup> September 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any investors who wish to participate need to contact their broker in the UK. <a href=\"https:\/\/jpjenkins.com\/company\/350-ppm-ltd\/\">JP Jenkins<\/a> will only accept orders via a UK-regulated broker and not directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simply provide your broker with our company name: 350 PPM Limited and ISIN: GB00BS4DJ926 and they will be able to place your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an existing shareholder opening a new broking account, you are required to provide proof of ownership, for example, a share certificate, which they will confirm against the official share register held by our Registrar, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nevilleregistrars.co.uk\/\">Neville Registrars<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The indicative share price is currently \u00a30.05.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any completed trades will be settled within two working days of the trade taking place with funds and\/or shares being received into your chosen regulated brokerage account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are an EIS or SEIS shareholder and sell within your three-year period, you will lose your tax relief.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>None of the foregoing should be taken as financial or tax advice.
