Megawatt Mosaic\u2019s SEED round is now closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MM has raised all the funding it needs to execute the business plan as defined in the IM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approximately half the project seed capital is coming from industry counterparties, so there will be a revaluation of the shares in order that MM provides the same risk to return metric to existing investors, which is circa 1:24 in the first year. This may be a case of overpromising and underdelivering, but as long as the overpromise is ambitious enough to provide a metric of at least 5, then I am relatively happy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MM is expecting \u20ac150k of revenue by September, when we will launch another round and likely scale through Crowdcube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
