Gas peakers can potentially be used to balance out the intermittency of renewable power sources more economically and cleanly than traditional gas plants.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>350 PPM is completing due diligence on this sector, with a view to potentially creating a share offering for a company called Power On Demand Services (PODS).   To this end, 350 PPM visited a gas peaker site in Birmingham and spoke to some of the experts who are part of the PODS team.
